Who we are
Ayion (“we”, “us”) builds AI-native platforms: Ayion Meru, and JhiOn, the first vertical platform built on it. We run this website. You can reach us at hello@ayion.ai, and the governing entity’s registered name and address are provided on request.
This website
The website describes who we are, what we build and how it works. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as advice. We may change or remove anything on it at any time, and we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Diagrams, product screens, action records, sample evidence packs and other examples on this site are illustrations of how the platform is designed to work. They are not records from a real customer, and they are not a promise of what a deployment will produce.
Where the site describes a capability as designed, built or planned, that is a statement about the product rather than a warranty. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract or creates a commitment about a feature, a date or a result.
Our platform and services
We provide Ayion Meru, JhiOn and any related services only under separate written agreements, including pilot agreements and our data processing addendum. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide them, and nothing here changes an agreement you have with us. If this website and an agreement between us say different things, the agreement applies.
Health information
JhiOn helps people manage their health span. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace a qualified clinician. Anything on this site about JhiOn is subject to our health information disclaimer, which you should read before acting on it.
Forms on this site
- Give accurate details, so we can reply to you.
- Don’t send confidential information through a form. If a conversation needs it, we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.
- We handle what you send as our privacy notice describes.
Acceptable use
When you use the website, don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful
- try to access systems or data you aren’t allowed to
- interfere with the website, its security or anyone else’s use of it
- send messages through a form automatically or in bulk
- copy its content for commercial use without our written permission
Security researchers are welcome. If you find a vulnerability in this website, tell us at hello@ayion.ai before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable period to fix it. Testing that degrades the site for other people, or that reaches other people’s data, is not covered by that welcome.
Intellectual property
The Ayion name and mark, the Ayion Meru and JhiOn names, and the website with its words, images and code, belong to Ayion or are used with permission. You may link to the website and share links to its pages. Press and media use of our names, mark and lockups is described on our company page.
Links to other websites
Where the website links to other websites, we don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Liability
The website is free to use and is provided “as is”. We give no promises about it beyond those these terms state, including that it is complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for:
- any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or your inability to use it
- decisions you make by relying on the website’s general information, which is not advice
