Your healthy years ahead, in one number.

Ayion turns your last checkup into the years of good health ahead of you — and works with a doctor to move the number.

Free. About a minute. Your report stays yours.

Know your number. Move your number.

01 The Pulse

One number. Four systems. A range you can trust.

  1. Your report

Any Indian lab, PDF or photo. Ayion reads every value, and tells you which two or three your checkup skipped.

  2. Your systems

Each value is judged against ranges adjusted for South Asian bodies and grouped into the four systems that shape how you age: heart and metabolic, brain, muscle and bone, immune and inflammation.

  3. Your years

A projection with a range, the system aging fastest, and the one change that moves the number most.

Your checkup skipped

  • ApoB
  • Lipoprotein(a)

02 After the report

Plenty of apps can read your report. Ayion is built for what comes after.

It orders the test you actually need, books the doctor, adjusts the plan when your numbers move, and follows up — so getting healthier stops depending on the person least equipped to manage it: you, at midnight, with a PDF.

Anything clinical is decided by a registered doctor, never by software.

Example
  1. Week 1

Ordered: lipid panel with ApoB. Home collection Thursday, 7:00 am.

  2. Week 12

Reviewed by [Doctor name]: LDL down 18%. Keep the evening walk; retest in 12 weeks.

  3. Week 13

Your father's Pulse update is ready. Two things changed.

03 Built for Indian bodies

The same LDL is not the same risk.

Most risk scores were built on Western populations. Indians carry more visceral fat at lower weights, have a first heart attack about six years earlier on average, and need different cutoffs — overweight begins at a BMI of 23, not 25. Ayion starts from published models, applies South Asian corrections, and gets sharper with every member.

Read with Western cutoffs

LDL cholesterol

BMI

Waist
92 cm under 94 cm

Reading: Low concern

Read with South Asian cutoffs

LDL cholesterol
130 mg/dL
BMI
24 over 23
Waist
92 cm over 90 cm

06 Doctors in the loop

A doctor is always in the loop.

Software reads the report. A registered doctor signs off on anything clinical, and an advisory board guides how the Pulse is built.

07 Questions

Questions

What Ayion stands on

  • Built on published risk models
  • Calibrated for South Asian bodies
  • Data stored in India
  • ABHA import coming
Is Ayion a medical service?

No. Ayion is a wellness and decision-support service. It doesn't diagnose or treat disease; registered doctors make clinical decisions. Ayion is not a substitute for medical care.

How is this different from apps that read my report?

Those apps explain your report. Ayion acts on it — it orders tests, books doctors and follows up — with a registered doctor signing off on anything clinical. And the number it gives you is the healthy years ahead of you, with a range, not a score.

Which reports can I send?

Any lab report from any Indian lab, as a PDF or a clear photo. Importing records from your ABHA account is coming.

How is the Pulse computed?

It starts from published risk models and applies calibration for South Asian bodies. The result is always a range. Read how the Pulse is computed.

Is it free?

The Pulse is free. The agent, which orders tests, books doctors and follows up, is a paid plan. See pricing.

Do I need a smartwatch or a ring?

No. For the Pulse, your lab values matter more than a wearable.

Where is my data stored, and who can see it?

In India. Only you can see it, and anyone you consent to. You can delete it in one tap. Read the privacy notice.

Can I set this up for my parents?

Yes. Set up your parents from abroad, or add them to a family account.
