JhiOn · How it works

Measure, plan, act, oversee, evidence.

The loop JhiOn runs, one step at a time: what goes in, what the plan holds, what the agents may do on their own, and what waits for a person.

JhiOn supports your decisions. It does not diagnose or treat.

JhiOn supports your decisions. It does not diagnose or treat. It does not replace a qualified clinician. Health information disclaimer.

The loop

Five steps that hand work to each other.

Nothing here is a one-off. A measurement changes the plan, the plan sets the week’s actions, the actions produce a record, and the record is what the next measurement is read against.

Measure Biomarkers, habits, wearables Plan Goals and protocols, yours Act Agents schedule and follow up Oversee You approve what matters Evidence Every step recorded the loop closes on evidence

Five rounded panels in a row, each joined to the next by an arrow. Measure, holding biomarkers, habits and wearables. Plan, holding goals and protocols that are yours. Act, where agents schedule work and follow up. Oversee, drawn in amber, where you approve what matters. Evidence, drawn in mint, where every step is recorded. Beneath the row a dashed line runs from Evidence all the way back to Measure, so the record starts the next round rather than ending it.

The loop closes on evidence, and the evidence feeds the next measurement.
  • Measure

Biomarkers, habits and the things you already track come in as data JhiOn can work with. Each source is connected with its own consent, and you can withdraw it.

  • Plan

A health-span plan in your own terms: your goals, the protocols that go with them, and what happens this week rather than someday.

  • Act

Agents do the follow-through. Scheduling, reminders, check-in preparation and the small chasing a plan needs to stay alive.

  • Oversee

You approve what matters. Where a clinician is involved, the decision is theirs and JhiOn waits for it.

  • Evidence

Every recommendation, consent and action is recorded, so what happened and why is never a memory test.

Measure and plan

What goes in, and what the plan holds.

A plan you cannot see is a plan you cannot argue with. Yours is one screen: what this week asks of you, what the numbers are doing, and who else can see it.

Measure

You choose the sources: laboratory results, a wearable, the habits you already log. Each connection is consented to on its own, and JhiOn records when you gave that consent and when you took it back. Nothing is inferred from a source you did not connect.

Plan

The plan holds your goals, the protocols that go with them and the actions for the week ahead. It is a working document: when a measurement moves, the change to the plan is drafted with the reason attached, and it is yours to accept or decline.

Every step recorded

A phone screen headed “Your health-span plan”, with a line under it reading “Week 12, reviewed with your clinician on 4 September”. A card called “This week” is chipped “1 needs you” and lists three actions: three Zone 2 sessions with two done, moving the evening meal earlier on four days of seven, and repeating a lipid panel, which is tagged “Approve” in amber. Below it a card headed “Fasting glucose” plots twelve weekly readings as a single violet line falling from 98 to 90 milligrams per decilitre, flat in two places, with a note that the target range is 70 to 99. Under that, a row headed “Shared with” holds two names: you, and a clinician. A line at the foot of the screen reads “Every step recorded”.

Act

Most of a plan is ordinary things done repeatedly. Agents carry the parts that are admin, and leave the parts that are yours.

Act and oversee

Autonomy is set per action, not per agent.

The same rule Ayion Meru applies to a payment applies to your plan: each kind of action has its own setting, so an agent can prepare a protocol change on its own and have no authority at all over what a clinician owns.

The settings are yours to change, and every change is recorded like any other action.

In the planWhat JhiOn may do on its ownWhat waits for a person
A new biomarker result Read it, add it to the trend and note what changed against the plan Nothing. Reading and showing needs no approval
A weekly check-in Prepare the questions, the summary and the time, and send the reminder You confirm the time, and you can turn scheduling off
A change to a protocol Draft it, with the reason and the measurement behind it You approve it, and where a clinician is involved, so do they
Anything a clinician owns Prepare the request and the record that goes with it The clinician decides. JhiOn does not diagnose, treat or prescribe
Sharing your data Nothing, until you have consented to that recipient You, per recipient, and withdrawing it stops the sharing

The record

What gets written down.

Every step in the loop ends in a record, including the steps that were stopped. It is written as it happens rather than reconstructed later, which is the only version worth having.

  • Consent

Which source, which purpose, when you gave it and when you withdrew it.

  • Recommendation

What was proposed, on what basis, and which version of the plan it belonged to.

  • Action

What the agent did, when it did it, and with which parameters.

  • Approval

Who approved, exactly what they approved, and what expired when the facts changed.

  • Integrity

A hash chain, so a record cannot be edited after the fact without the edit showing.

  • Export

The whole record leaves with you, in a form that reads without JhiOn.

Measure

Sleep, movement, food and bloods are the measurements. None of them is a diagnosis, and JhiOn never treats them as one.

Limits

What JhiOn refuses to do.

A health platform is defined as much by what it will not do as by what it will. These are not settings.

  • No diagnosis and no treatment. JhiOn organises information and does the follow-through; a qualified clinician decides what care you need.
  • No promises about your health. JhiOn supports the decisions you make, and makes no claim about where they lead.
  • No agent acting outside what you approved. Autonomy is set per action, and an agent cannot grant itself more.
  • No data sold, and no sharing you did not consent to, one recipient at a time.

Questions

Five questions worth asking.

A health platform that cannot answer these plainly is not worth connecting anything to.

Does JhiOn replace my doctor?

No. JhiOn supports the decisions you and your clinician make. It does not diagnose, it does not treat and it does not prescribe. Where care is involved, a qualified person decides.

What can the agents do without asking me?

Read the sources you connected, keep the plan current, prepare check-ins and follow-ups, and draft changes with the reason attached. Anything that changes your plan, or that leaves JhiOn, waits for an approval.

Who can see my data?

You, and anyone you have consented to share it with, one recipient at a time. Consent is recorded per source and per recipient, withdrawing it stops the sharing, and your data is never sold.

Can I take everything with me?

Yes. The plan, the record and the data behind them export in a form that reads without JhiOn, and you can delete them.

What does joining the waitlist involve?

Your name, your email address, and your consent to be emailed about JhiOn. No health data at that stage. We will tell you what JhiOn needs, and where your data will sit, before you connect anything to it.
